Who we are
Kenney Construction is a locally owned general contractor based in Herndon, Virginia, founded in 2019 by Frank Kenney. Frank has worked in construction since age 14 and is also a real-estate agent, investor and home flipper, so he looks at a bathroom the way the person living in it would and the way a future buyer would.
Kenney Construction is licensed, insured and bonded in Virginia, DPOR license #2705187519. Bathroom Brigade is one of several specialty divisions, each focused on one part of the home and all backed by the same company.
Why a Herndon site?
Herndon is our home town as a business, and it has its own way of doing things: a Town building office, a historic district and a mix of townhouses, condos and detached homes. Herndon homeowners looking for bathroom remodeling deserve answers about that, not a generic Northern Virginia page. This site collects them in one place. It does not replace Bathroom Brigade's main site; it is the same business, focused on Herndon.
What we do and do not do
- We do bathrooms: full remodels, walk-in showers and tub conversions, vanities and countertops, tile and flooring, electrical and lighting, and aging-in-place upgrades.
- We handle the plumbing and electrical work in the project directly.
- We put every scope in writing before work starts.
- We do not do kitchens through Bathroom Brigade; Kenney Construction's Kitchen Kings division does.
- We are a service-area business: we come to you, and we do not have a public showroom.
