Are you actually based in Herndon?▸
Yes. Kenney Construction, which runs Bathroom Brigade, is based in Herndon. We are a service-area business, so we come to you rather than running a showroom.
Have you remodeled bathrooms in Herndon?▸
Yes. We completed a full bathroom remodel in Herndon built around a blue tile walk-in shower. It is on our projects page.
Who actually does the work?▸
Bathroom Brigade is a division of Kenney Construction. The same licensed, insured and bonded company (VA DPOR #2705187519) does the work, not a subcontracted third party.
How much does a bathroom remodel cost in Herndon?▸
Our published reference ranges are $12,000–$25,000 for a basic remodel, $25,000–$40,000 for mid-range and $40,000–$70,000+ for high-end. These are typical Northern Virginia ranges, not quotes.
Who issues permits for a Herndon bathroom remodel?▸
Inside town limits, the Town of Herndon's Building Inspections office. Outside town limits, Fairfax County Land Development Services.
Can you replace a one-piece fiberglass tub/shower?▸
Yes. We remove it, often by cutting it out, check the framing and subfloor, then build a waterproofed tile shower or a new tub with a tiled surround.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical?▸
Yes, as part of the project. You do not need to hire a separate plumber or electrician.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?▸
It depends on scope and inspections. A full remodel takes longer than a vanity swap. We give you a project-specific timeline with your estimate.
Do I need HOA approval?▸
Interior work usually does not, but dumpsters, parking, exterior vents and condo plumbing can fall under association rules. Check before work starts.
Can I keep using the house during the remodel?▸
Usually, yes. If the bathroom being remodeled is the only full bath, tell us early so we can plan the sequence around that.
Do you do kitchens too?▸
Bathroom Brigade does bathrooms only. Kenney Construction's Kitchen Kings division handles kitchens in Herndon.
Do you provide written estimates?▸
Yes. Every project gets a written scope so you know what is included before work starts.
What are your hours?▸
Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
